Did "Suzie" forget something?

1. Please enter the vestibule and put Suzie's lunch, homework, instrument, waterbottle, tennis shoes, Chromebook on the STUDENT DROP-OFF TABLE.

2. Label the item with your student's name and teacher.

3. Ring the doorbell to let us know you dropped something off.

“If you need to speak with a teacher or see your child during school hours, please check in at the front office. The secretary will be happy to contact the classroom for you. For everyone’s safety and to minimize disruptions, we kindly ask that parents do not go directly to classrooms.”

Camp Store Med Pick Up

Next Friday, September 26th, is the last day to pick up meds from 6th grade camp. At 3:00 pm, Friday, all medications that have NOT been picked up will be properly disposed of by Nurse Laura.

Color Run!

The Spirit of Sierah, Justice for Sierah's Color Run is designed to honor the life and legacy of Sierra Joughin. Sierah was a University of Toledo student who was tragically taken from our community in 2016 by a repeat violent offender.

We are excited to be back at the University of Toledo as we provide a splash of color to celebrate Sierah's life at this family-friendly event. Join us at 9:00am at the University of Toledo's Campus on October 4th, 2025 for all the fun!

PACK 27 Cub Scouts: Collecting Children's Books until October 22

Books can be donated at the Elementary School in the front vestibule or at the Scout House on Kenwood.

Brown Bag Chorus

Brown Bag Chorus is available to all students in grades five and six who are willing to rehearse regularly and attend our performances.

There will be opportunities for solo singing, instruments and dance! Please consider having your student join this fun and rewarding tradition at Ottawa Hills Elementary School.

MathCounts

The sixth grade MathCounts team is for students who love math, like math, want to do better in math, and enjoy hanging out with their friends during lunch and recess.

Mrs. Griffin would LOVE to see as many sixth graders as possible to join MathCounts! We have a lot of fun, get to know each other better, and enjoy math while we do it! Ourfirst meeting will be Thursday, October 9, 2025. For more information and the permission slip, click HERE .

Homework Club

Homework Club is underway! Homework Club runs Mondays through Thursdays from 2:50-3:50 PM (unless there is a staff meeting). Students will be notified if it is canceled. Your child does not need to stay the whole hour, and there is no fee.
