| Ice cream sale during lunch next week The 6th grade class will be fundraising next week by selling ice cream during lunch periods in the elementary school. This is part of an annual tradition that helps the class raise funds for when they host prom their junior year. | Walk & Roll to School Day May 7 Walk & Roll to School Days help promote walking, biking or scootering for several reasons including to: - promote physical activity
- teach pedestrian safety
- reduce traffic congestion
We remind our elementary students to cross Indian Rd. only at the crosswalk with Ms. Shelly and be sure to walk with your bike while on campus. Thank you, Jennifer Roach, for being our local Walk & Roll coordinator. Jennifer is seeking volunteer crossing guards to help students get to and from school safely while walking or rolling May 7. Congratulations to the winners selected by a panel of judges: 1st Haadi (5th grade) for his Recreation of Diagon Alley, 1st Runner-Up Austin (6th) for his Dinner in South Korea, and 2nd Place Max for his Sushi Bar. Each received a gift card to Ben & Jerry's. |
