Hello Green Bear Families, We’re thrilled that opening night for The SpongeBob Musical: youth edition is just one week away! The cast and crew includes over 140 talented elementary students in grades 4-6 that have been working tirelessly over the past several weeks. Whether performing in lead roles, bringing energy to the ensemble, or contributing behind the scenes as part of the stage crew, their dedication and hard work have been truly inspiring. Please note that next Friday, Feb. 7, all elementary students will walk over to the junior/senior high auditorium to enjoy part of the dress rehearsal of the musical. Have a great weekend, |

| Area exchange students to visit elementary school On Jan. 31, exchange students from area high schools that are part of the AFS study abroad program will visit our classrooms to share presentations about their home countries. Students from Italy, Indonesia, Chile, Spain, Switzerland, and Japan will provide us with fascinating insights into their cultures and traditions. |

| A note from the Health Office A big thank you to our maintenance crew for deep cleaning the building over break. To keep our students and staff healthy please remember our illness policy: Students should not attend school unless they have been 24 hours free from: Speak to your student about proper hand washing before eating and consider packing hand sanitizer in their backpack and/or lunch bag. You may also encourage your student to clean frequently used items, such as their lunch bag and keyboard, with a Clorox wipe, to help prevent the spread of illnesses. |
