Case closed: 4th-graders rule the courtroom Students traveled to the Lucas County Courthouse in downtown Toledo to participate in a mock trial. Each student took on a courtroom role, hearing evidence and arguments before deciding whether the plaintiff or defendant presented the stronger case. The hands-on experience brought civics lessons to life in an authentic legal setting. |
