| Green Bears headed to Robotics World Championship Three Ottawa Hills students will represent our school at the VEX Robotics World Championship next week, May 6–14, 2025, at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas. They’ll be competing in the Opportunity Division, accompanied by STEM teacher and Robotics Club Advisor Mrs. Dowd. This prestigious event brings together the top 800 teams from around the globe at the world's largest robotics competition to showcase innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving. Best of luck to our Green Bears as they take on the world stage! |

| Talented Green Bears take the stage The elementary school talent show wowed the crowd this morning with over 70 students showcasing a variety of acts including singing, dancing, piano, violin, gymnastics, and even balloon art. A big congratulations to all the brave and skilled Green Bears who got up on the stage! Special thank you to Mrs. Kulka for organizing the Talent Show and Mr. Leeds for lending his musical and technical expertise to the program. |

- teach pedestrian safety
- reduce traffic congestion

| Artificial intelligence literacy and connection opportunities for Ohio’s K-12 education communityOhio K-12 educators and administrators were invited to join the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce in partnership with aiEDU, Innovate Ohio, and the Ohio Educational Service Center Association, at an AI Summit at the Glass City Center this week. The free summit brought together educators, district and building K-12 leaders, and educational service center employees from across the state to connect, learn, and collaborate on AI literacy and innovation in K-12 education. AI is an important part of the future that will impact education and the workforce. Ottawa Hills wants to ensure that our teachers and staff are empowered to leverage this technology to enhance classroom experiences and teach students how to use augmented intelligence responsibly. |
