Morning line up will now take place in old gym From safety patrol advisor Mr. Wells: To be as efficient and safe as possible we are tweaking line up procedures at the start of the school day. Instead of students lining up by grade level outside, they will now enter the building through the Indian Rd. doors (same as last year) and line up inside the old gym every day this year. This is the same line up procedure used last year during inclement weather and will now be used every day. 7:50 a.m.: Indian Road doors will open for STUDENTS ONLY to enter and line up inside the old gym based on grade level. 8:00 a.m.: Students dismissed from the old gym to their classrooms. 8:10 a.m.: Indian Road doors close. Any student arriving at school after this time must enter through the main office doors. Any parent/guardian who wishes to wait with their child prior to the 8 a.m. start of school may do so, but only outside. You might also notice a name change to the loading den. Congratulations to the Pardee family, who won the OHSPA spring auction item "name the circle"! The drop off and pick up loading den will be known as Pardee Island for the 24-25 school year! |

| Back to School 5K and Green Bear 1 Miler The annual Back to School 5K run/walk and Green Bear 1 Miler will take place Sunday, Aug. 25, at 7:30 a.m. This event raises funds for After Prom. Packet pick up will take place Friday, Aug. 23, from 5-7 p.m. in the JHHS parking lot; packets will also be available for pick up on the morning of the race prior to start time. Register here.
